24/7 Dancers

Dance is without a doubt my most favorite subject to photograph. I see the world through the eyes of a photographer, a dancer, a choreographer, a teacher...this is my strength. WIth dance it isn't simply about the subject hitting a pose and holding it - so much of it is capturing that perfect moment when technique, passion, and performance all collide for an extraordinary moment. Dance photography shouldn't be forced or stoic - it should have a breath of its own, and the combination of my passion with my subjects' is often explosive.
